Training for Rural Water Works Project Management

Delivered to Vanuatu's Department of Water Resources (DoWR) under PACS's rural water works standardisation engagement, this training equipped DoWR staff to manage project data and reporting - laying the groundwork for the fuller web and mobile-based project management system to follow. It came packaged with a Training Manual, Trainer Guidebook, and Training Template and Workbook, so the skills and materials stay with the department's own team.

Corporate Plan 2027-2030 Update

PACS is supporting the National University of Vanuatu (NUV) in turning its reviewed Strategic Plan into a practical, costed Corporate Plan for 2027–2030 — with clear initiatives, timelines, responsibilities and KPIs linked to the University's budgeting and resourcing.
